Real Estate

The Léon Hasson & Frère Group has regularly re-invested in the whole of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa, Matadi, Boma, Mbuji-Mayi, Kananga, Lubumbashi, Kisangani, Opala, Beni, etc.), thereby establishing a very important real estate portfolio, including residential buildings, commercial and industrial complexes, and farms.

The two most important recent real estate investments developed in Kinshasa by the Group are IMMO INVEST and the GALERIE DU CENTENAIRE.

IMMO INVEST: an ultra-modern four-storey building of 4,000 m², designed to house a shopping centre in the heart of the capital

GALERIE DU CENTENAIRE: a three-storey building of 7,000 m², divided into a shopping mall comprising 12 stores and 12 groups of high-standing offices, on the prestigious Boulevard du 30 juin.

The management, maintenance and development of buildings is an important part of the Group’s activities.
